At the beginning of April ****, I called the Globe and subscribed to automatic Sunday delivery of the print edition. I gave my credit card number to the customer service representative with whom I spoke. The Sunday that followed that transaction I received my first delivery. I haven't received a delivery since. *When I did not get the Sunday Globe for the first time on April **th, I phoned the Globe's Customer Service line and registered the complaint by following the prompts on the recordings presented. Also, I indicated when asked if I wanted delivery of the paper on Monday . I answered yes. Monday came and went, still no delivery. As I write this on Sunday, April **th it is after ** am and again no paper. Really frustrating. *Please credit my account with the $** for two weeks of missed deliveries. When I phoned the Globe's number an hour ago, once again I indicated that I'd take delivery tomorrow (Monday, ****). Please cancel that request as I no longer want it then and don't believe it will be delivered anyway. *Finally, If I can't rely on consistent morning delivery each Sunday, please cancel my account when, at the end of May (I think), it is scheduled to renew.*Thanks very much for your help regarding this issue.
