I have just recently moved into no * grafton lodge and was advised that my water bills for June **** to March **** is £***.**. I set up a direct debit to pay it on a monthly basis. My first bill is due on the *st of August which is £**.**, however I received a letter stating that £***.** will be taken from my account on the **th of this month. Could you please look into this for me and advise what is going on
