The issue in GetHuman-ngsuarez's own words
I was trying to get my smartphone activated with the new free service from TextNow ... I have a CDMA unlocked Android smartphone, a Moto E *ndGen. How can I get the FREE TextNow Nationwide service with this device? Is there a way to make it, because from the app it says "it's not compatible" but it's an unlocked phone and I don't understand the compatibility issue.
They should know that there are not just Sprint, Virgin, or Boost mobile phones around, that there's also unlocked CDMA smartphones (and some of them even come with GSM capabilities).
Please let customers with incompatible CDMA phones more options than just make you buy an new phone from the TextNow site, like an option for a new sim card activation kit with the free service installation.
