My former friends took my phone and have hacked my account to steal information. I urgently need access to my account to retrieve text conversations with my child's father through my TextNow account. When trying to recover it, the program is suggesting a new number instead of my old one. This evidence is crucial for court and I'm unable to access anything. Help! My TextNow number is [redacted], and my email is [redacted] I thought I successfully recovered it, but the app now says I don't have a number. They also disabled my email from receiving TextNow emails, but I've fixed that. However, the password reset doesn't seem to recognize my old account information.

I noticed a charge of $19.95 on my Paypal account for credits that I did not authorize. The charge is listed as DIGITAL SALES SERVICES, which I am not using. I would like to request a reversal of these charges. This unexpected expense is impacting my daily business operations. I also want to cancel my TextNow account. I have two phones and created two separate accounts for them; one for my cell and one for my iPad. Recently, I realized that the app on my Samsung Galaxy Note 8 logged me out, and I am unable to remember the login information for the number associated with my cell phone, which is [redacted]. Meanwhile, the number linked to my iPad is [redacted]. It seems the numbers got mixed up, and I received messages saying one number expired even though I used it more than the other. My son, who has mental health challenges, has been using your service to send me threatening messages despite my efforts to block him. He has a history of making serious threats, leading to police involvement and a stay at the Emergency Psychiatric Ward. The police are limited in their ability to prevent him from using multiple numbers through your service. I fear for my safety at 80 years old and urge you to block him completely from Text Now. After initially signing up for TextNow's monthly ad-free service, I wanted to switch to the annual subscription but cannot find the option in the app. The renewal fee has increased to $15.99, which is more than my initial payment. I tried contacting support via email, but it directs me to the chat feature. However, the chat only provides unhelpful articles that do not correspond with the app's current options. It seems like there are no live agents available, possibly due to time zone differences.

I had a TextNow account and number that I used for a few months without putting money on it. My phone was originally from Sprint, but I can no longer pay the $[redacted] debt on it due to becoming disabled and losing income. Two people on my contract stopped paying, so I turned to TextNow. I chatted online with Bryan a few days ago to inquire about purchasing data since TextNow is Sprint-based. We got disconnected, and now I can't access my TextNow app - it keeps treating me as a new customer, asking for a new number and blocking support contact. I've been in the hospital and urgently need a working phone for calls beyond just Wi-Fi. I want to keep my old number as my doctors have it. Any assistance is appreciated.

This is Johnny D. I have been a TextNow customer for many years and always enjoyed the service. Recently, I purchased the $9.99 SIM card for free texting and calling which was supposed to arrive in 5 to 10 days. However, it's been over 2 weeks, and I haven't received it. I have an email confirming the shipment and bank statement showing the payment. I am upset and disappointed about this delay. I should have been contacted about the status. I received a text to activate the card but no card. I prefer a resolution by phone today and don't want to wait for an email response. I am eager to get the SIM card and the service it offers.

I placed an order for an activation kit on April 4. I received a Confirmation/Thank you email. The following day, on the 5th, I got an email stating that my kit would be shipped shortly. However, as of the 15th, I have yet to receive it. There were prompts on my account reminding me to activate my SIM card, but when I attempt to do so, I am directed to the "buy a SIM" page. Is there a way to have a live conversation with a representative? I really need to resolve this issue promptly.

Hello, I recently noticed that the number [redacted] was mistakenly removed from my account. It is linked to my PayPal account under the wrong email address, [redacted], which should have been mail.utoronto.ca. I no longer use the email associated with the PayPal account. My Facebook account, now connected to [redacted], was used to log in to TextNow. If needed, please reach out to me through this new email address. I require access to the phone number or a text message verification code to log in to PayPal, as it needs both email and phone verification. I forgot my password security PIN, leading me to reset it through email. However, I encountered an issue while trying to set a new password. Although I entered the same password twice for confirmation, I kept receiving a message stating the passwords did not match. I am trying to log in to my TextNow account under a phony name, either Michael or Gary, instead of my real name, Gregory. The phone number associated with the account is [redacted]. I have purchased three different SIM kits for my phone and even after checking the compatibility with TextNow, I can't seem to activate it. I keep getting a message saying I'm not registered to an account and to try again later, but it's been two weeks with no progress. I have contacted customer service through chat, but no one has been able to help me connect my Boost phone from Sprint to the TextNow network with the SIM cards I received. Whenever I try to activate it, I'm directed to buy a SIM card even though I already have one. Can you assist me in resolving this issue? I am currently unable to access my TextNow account as I have unintentionally forgotten my password after attempting to change all my passwords. Unfortunately, I am unable to reset the password via email as I have also forgotten that password and experiencing issues recovering my Gmail account too. I urgently need to log in as I receive vital calls on my TextNow number. If possible, I would appreciate if customer service could reset my password or change the email associated with my account so I can reset it.
