If your email and password are changed on the account then there is no way to recover the account. This company has a very strict policy with recovering accounts and if anything is different then you cannot recover the account. You must have the original email or phone number on the account.

I was trying to log into my Text Now account. ... I have been trying to log into my TextNow account but it keeps saying that "This account has violated our terms of use, and the account and number are no longer available." I do not believe that I have violated any terms of use I have had this account over a year already and I have already tried resetting my password. I was also reading some posts on your support page and I saw that you have re-enabled some accounts as a "one-time exception". I have tried posting on the support page but it keeps telling me that I need to log in to post on the support page. I have thoroughly read over all the terms of service and I have not violated any terms of service. It would be greatly appreciated if you could please re-enable my account. Sorry for any inconvenience and thank you for your support and customer services. *I believe that textnow should not accuse people of "violating" their terms of service because other customers rely on them to keep in touch with their families, boss(es), friends, and etc. Instead of directly disabling customers' accounts Text Now should send a warning message to those who may be "violating" their terms of service because in most posts that I have read on their support page customers did not know what guidelines they "violated". This would fix the issue because if someone is blindly violating their terms of service they should be notified of it as soon as it is noticed so that the customer(s) may fix the issue before getting locked out of their own personal accounts.
This was especially frustrating because I did violate any terms of service and I was locked out of my account.

I have had this account for about a year already and I have not heard of anything like this until now.
I tried going onto Text Now's support page to post about my issue but I was unable to log in because my account is disabled.
