I attempted to setup my new sim card yesterday. Received numerous error messages. "This phone is registered to a different TextNow account" "Your device cannot be activated. Contact your cartier to learn more" i attempted to create another account using a different gmail (davesnewest). Now i cant access my original account (davemailpro*). Everytime i try to sign into my original account and activate my sim card i get redirected to the other account. I am unable to delete the second username from the login screen or even backspace through it. Please help me activate my sim card and my device so i can use the plan that i have already purchased and paid for.
GetHuman2946257 did not yet indicate what TextNow should do to make this right.
