Cancel service absolutely again and I would like a refund for the last * payments that they took out the **.** each time without my permission or approval and lwft me scrambling to cover the money they took out. Which meant trying to borrow money so i wasn't having a overdraft fees. If I wanted to restart services(just like they told me themselves) then I would need to call them to talk with them and restart services which I didn't do cuz i didn't want to and i literally mean my phone was canceled like in literally you couldn't use it and you couldn't call it cuz it stated that it was not in service for lack of better words. There was no leaving a message nothing and now i had somebody else call that number and it says its unavailable and to leave a message but the message i used when i actually did use the service was a personal message with me speaking so i dont know what that's all about. If it wasn't canceled then where's my voice telling people to leave me a message? ... My wireless service was supposed to be canceled * months ago but low and behold they've taken money out as soon as money gets into my account and the problem is is that i dont have the same phone anymore and i can't talk to a person to say quit charging me and that my wireless plan needs to be canceled permanently and i don't have the same email so it wont verify me so that i can do a live chat to cancel and its like a vulture even if the bill is due the **th it literally waits until the money is in my account and so if rhw monwy wnds up in my account on the *th of the next month its instantly taken out even if there was nothing pending it is juat hovering over my account waiting to take and the thing is ia that my seevixe was canceled and they had sent me a message saying that i would need to call back if i wanted to restary service and I didn't want to restart and i didn't call to restart and i mean my phone service was halted but whwn my money went into my account they took it out and have now taken out **.** twice and I need to pay some bills but i don't want to put money in cuz they will pull it out instantly and as far as im concerned they need to refund me for the * months they've pulled **.** out each time but i literally haven't used that service since my service was literally cut off.
Cancel my services and a refund for the last * payments of **.** for each time they took my money without my approval and loae my banking info indefinitely.
Contacting them by phone and chat at all different hours like when they were supposed to be open
