I’m very unhappy with Text Now services I canceled my service before my due date and they took * to * days before they ported my number over to the new company and kept my $**.**for that month will not give it back I can’t chat with anyone on the support line because they want an account number my account number is no longer with them so I can’t sign in to chat anymore I have transcripts of chatting before my account was closed due to waiting for a Port issue now I can’t even chat with them to give me my $**.** back I even emailed them and they emailed me back saying that they do not read the email from your company is very hard to get a hold to once you take out money from Credit Card I have transcripts begging for my money back doing the time I was trying to close my account before the due date waiting for them to port my number & couldn’t be close until then don’t know what else to but to report to Consumer Affairs, Better Bussines Bureau,Federal Trade Commission & as many Agency as I can. Because I no longer have an account with you now I can’t even speak to anyone chat support line or anything email or anything and I have Begged for my money back on the chat line before my account was closed you took my $**.** from me on my credit card and will not give it back I’m very very very upset with this company being this cheesy & unbussiness unprofessional
