I ordered a phone with promo that it would be a free month and *.**$ a month and thought it was wireless calling. I have not been able to get a hold of someone which is very frustrating. I was billed $*.** and then not only did i find out that your coverage doesnt work in my area without wifi but i paid for my phone as well.text now will not let me cancel my subscription online and when i goto play store it says i dont have subscriptions. Please help me!! I cant to cancel my subscription! Thank you
