If your email and password are changed on the account then there is no way to recover the account. This company has a very strict policy with recovering accounts and if anything is different then you cannot recover the account. You must have the original email or phone number on the account.

The setup on this .moto E*. It is stuck on the "important last step". The TextNow app wants me to reset some internal phone configuration by dialing "******** ' it seems to work but after the automatic device reset, i I still have no service and the app once again ask you to do the important. There's also a notification that says it will try again in about * thousand minutes. Ridiculous? Indeed. Please help thank you
GetHuman-ryangoo did not yet indicate what TextNow should do to make this right.
