If you are currently under contract you will need to pay an Early Termination Fee. The best time to cancel is at the end of a billing cycle. The account holder needs to call in with all the information on the account.

I want to know for sure if my account was cancelled as I requested on ******** as could not make any calls, it was to much of a hassle dealing with apps and wifi. Anyway, I didn't use the sim card at all. I think in all decency I should at least get a partial refund. I checked today******** and my account is still on and active.
