I was charged for premium text now two days before the **th day free trial (supposed to be ** free days before ** or ** dollars a year.. yet i was charged at * am on Sept. **th when it says I "signed up for it on August **th.. which i never signed up for in the first place... I have a phone with a phone bill my nephew used text on my phone so i have no reason to even use this app.. but the fact that you charged me ** dollars when the ** day free trial wasnt even over yet. If i dont hear a response from the company about my refund i will have my lawyer contact the better Business Bureau but I honestly just want your company to make this right because I clearly don't want your service and don't need it and I will never use your service again but if I don't hear back from you and don't receive a refund you will be hearing from my lawyer. *-Sincerely Jason Carter (a very disapointed former customer)
