trying to download the app to use the phone I just ordered that was blacklisted for suspicion of theft by someone other than myself, I got the phone back and can't get ahold of these people to get it turned back on. I would not have ordered the phone if I didn't need it, ... I am a customer I paid for the service, they cut my service and I can't charge my credit card for it again because I am over my credit limit- I can't use my phone I want to think I should just return it and to **** with text now- there are other companies that will work with me that actually have CUSTOMER SERVICE- not just recordings and a website that doesn't do anything about my issues. my iTunes service keeps disabling every time I try to download text now, I have enough problems I don't need this one to.
that they need to have **- hr. customer service help lines that actually help people not just placate us and pawn us off to the nearest website, or page- you think we didn't already try that? how the **** do they think we got their **** *** worthless number in the first place. people do not **** **** like to wait and they will go elsewhere, your service is not that great and people are all about instant gratification. I am not but it's not bad enough I had to wait for my best friend to finally tell me she had my phone but now that I get it back I can't use it! it might as well be a coaster, or a door stop.
I want to be able to use the iPhone I ordered and have my iTunes account unlocked.
I am not yet, I would be pay on time and endorse them and their company I have contacts- I know people that know people. so far it's not looking good for the home team.
