If you are currently under contract you will need to pay an Early Termination Fee. The best time to cancel is at the end of a billing cycle. The account holder needs to call in with all the information on the account.
The issue in GetHuman-mzba's own words
Got charged ***.** for a Samsung Galaxy * phone when it said that it was only going to be only **.** with ** dollars off which that is including the promo code. And if I knew that I had to pay full price I would of never accepted the offer. Now I'm trying to see how i can stop the order before it get's shipped out. And get a whole refund sent back to my uncles bank account since I was using his debit card
GetHuman-mzba did not yet indicate what TextNow should do to make this right.
