You tell me if i let you know the problem more then once i have a better chance resolving the problem i have been sending you emails everyday and the problem has not been resolved i feel like i am being pushed aside and feel my problem is my problem keep the line with the moto and for the first phone you sent i want my money back and i plan on opening with metro pc

I tried to resolve the issue for to long I would like a refund for the LG phone that I didn't order it has been very bad for my health trying to resolve it my husband can keep his moto line with you as for me you have caused me not to be bothered with the first phone plan I am going to open a plan with metro pc ... I purchased a phone and one month service plan a LG phone was delivered I tried to notified text now to let you know I reviewed the wrong phone when I turned the phone on it said welcome back Brittany and couldn't do anything with I sent you several texts you never got back to me and I was getting severely pissed I wanted to get a second line but I last week bought my husband the moto phone and a month plan and it is working fine when*setting it up I once again asks how are we going to resolve the oriental problem and once again I am stuck because I still have the LG phone that can not work and you had no problem taking my money you even sent to my email that my account was closed due to payment issues yes I took my information information out because I was not going to let you take another month payment for a phone that can't be used
I'm not going to constantly try to resolve this problem with you I have no faith with your company my husband likes his phone and says it is very clear
Refund for LG and you can put the one month I was charged for towards my husbands plan
How can I answer that I tried to be a customer for weeks and no matter how hard I tried I just felt ignored
I'm done trying anything else you kind of blew any good feelings of being a part of text now
