Help with my TextNow issue

I used my p***word to log back in and was denied. I then click forgot p***word. a new p***word was sent and I made a new p***word. Once it was verified it asked for me to login. I used my email *****@***.com along with my new p***word. It then stated that my username*p***word was in valid?!
I trust that TextNow will make this right and come up with a resolution that is fair.
