Help with my TextNow issue

My account is *****@***.com. I forgot my password. So I clicked on that thinking I would get a 'new' password so I could get into my account, then I could change it. Then TextNow is showing my email as grd****. That is not right, and I can't get into my account. What am I supposed to do at this point? Please advise as I need to get a number assigned to ***.***.****. Also how often do I need to renew the TextNow number that I will be assigned?
GetHuman-grd did not yet indicate what TextNow should do to make this right.

I think GetHuman fixed my problem. I didn't do a thing. Just grateful for Get Human. For those having a problem, just include as much information as you can about your specific problem. That way GetHuman has a better understanding and where to look for the trouble you are having. Hooray it is fixed!
