I struggled to log into the Texas Workforce Commission website in April, with only being able to get to a screen that stated my social was being used for another login. * weeks and *** later, I was finally able to log in to only find they had submitted an unemployement claim with a ** year old address on the first day I tried to log in. I did not give them any information, so not sure how that happened. I was denied on the **th of May due to not contacting them about additional information, but I didn't see this until the **th. I have been told to call the ***-***-**** to get help with this. I have called everyday, **-*** times a day, but not able to get a hold of anyone. I can send in an appeal, but I don't know what information they want and the deadline is the **th. I don't know how to get this fixed, because I can't talk to anyone. No one answers the phones. I plan on going down to the Appeal Tribunal on Monday with my appeal with as much detail as possible and hand it in person. Maybe I can get some answers. Has anyone else struggled with the same thing?**Stacie
