Hello, Applicant ID: *********On **th of October, I have gone to the DPS office in West Plano Parkway, Texas to take my written test and get eligible for the driving test. Before taking the test, I was called to the Desk number * to have my documents checked. The lady in charge, has taken the payment and tried to print out the receipt. My husband was next to me at desk *, and he did his payment at the same time. However, while my husband got a receipt, the lady in charge on my desk told me that she had tried to print out the receipt and it was not working. She also added, she would send the receipt to me via e-mail. I have double checked it with her. Anyway, once I completed the written test and passed it, I was called to Desk **, the lady over there asked me for my receipt, I have told her what happened and I should be waiting for an e-mail. And, she completed my registration. Here, you can find my registration document attached.
