Today, December **, I received an email that my purchase was successful. That I had bought a complete self driving app. That was a complete surprise to me. It said it would take several hours to be installed. This email was sent at *:** pm Dec **. *When I read the email it was around *** pm *TODAY. I I had no knowledge of this purchase and had no desire to order the app. I immediately contacted Tesla and they had me on a chat line. I explained to them that I had NO IDEA of the purchase or when it was purchased, I went out to the car and saw that something had been installed. *The rep from your company explained that once the system is installed after ** hours it becomes part of the car and can not be removed, something that for me is not correct, anything can be installed and reversed. I contacted my credit card company and you billed my credit card * weeks prior to installing the system last night., $**,***. Your representatives explanation was that the system can not be removed because it has been more then ** hours after it was purchased. First of all. I don’t believe that the system can’t be removed after ** hours after it is installed. Regardless the system right now has not been installed for less than ** hours. This is a Fraudulent transaction!!! Furthermore I would NEVER buy this system in Puerto Rico because we have the worst highway system in America with several hundred thousand pot holes and that if you don’t keep both hands on the steering wheel and both eyes on the road you are going to have an accident. Last month in the evening I hit a pot hold on the highway that exploded my front wheel and flattened my rear wheel. The hole was ** inches deep and ** inches wide. I now carry a fully size tire in my trunk. Until today I was very happy with my Tesla and I am also a stock holder who owns hundreds of thousands of dollars in stock. I WANT THE SYSTEM REMOVED NOW!!!!! I WANT A FULL REFUND NOW!!!! I am so disappointed in how Tesla has handled this situation thus far and that they should even have such a policy that you bill someone $**,*** two weeks prior to the installation and then tell the customer after you install it that it can’t be removed. If Elon Musk can put a spaceship into orbit he can certainly remove his software from a car. Please confirm and respond
