We want the features of Full Service ... It appears that the website for Tesla is a bit deceiving. We purchased a Model Y, and believed the content and context of the advertising. Specifically the advertising appears that the comes to you feature is part of the autopilot package. It even states that autopilot included the vehicle coming to you in a parking lot. This is not true as we found out, and we we told after the fact that we would have to pay $*,*** to get that package.
The information on the website is contradictory. You need to dig deep to find out what you get and what you don't get standard on the vehicle.
I would like to show someone from Tesla what I am speaking about on their website. I would like to purchase the "upgrades" that we expected. Possibly at a slightly discounted rate.
As a new Customer we really thought that we would be better taken care of. We also were surprised to find out that several very standard features ( on the vehicles) are considered an upgrade.
We called our sales person, our delivery person, the Burbank dealership, and Tesla Customer service.
