I am concerned about my Tesla Model S odometer, which seems to be recording more mileage than I have driven since I acquired it in July ****. I typically drive *** kilometers twice a month from Zurich to Lucerne and back. I have not taken any long trips with the vehicle. The Tesla service center has quoted me a substantial cost of USD $**** and * hours to investigate the issue. I am wondering if there is a way for me to obtain a log of all my trips made this year directly from Tesla. Your assistance and advice on this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I'm interested in placing a $[redacted] order for the Cybertruck. I would like to share some ideas with Tesla Motors regarding Tesla truck, trailers, and accessories. I hope to arrange a presentation about off-road and outdoor recreational options for both professional and commercial use. You can reach me at [redacted] or [redacted] (call or text). I'm Terry White, looking forward to the opportunity to collaborate with the Tesla team. Thank you and have a great day.

Hello, I received a ticket for not having front license plates on my car. I talked to Tesla about putting them on as I was told they would do that when I bought the car. However, when I visited the Santa Monica Tesla service center, I was informed that I needed to pay for the plate holder and the service. I believe this should have been included in my purchase agreement, so I don't think I should have to pay for it. Can you please advise me on how to proceed? Thank you.

Hello, I am Terry White. I studied Automotive Marketing Business Administration in college and am eager to arrange a meeting with Tesla Headquarters to discuss a Tesla Truck and Accessory store idea. I am willing to fly to Tesla Headquarters from London, Ontario, Canada, or even consider driving there if there are any items to transport with a Tesla. Although I haven't driven a Tesla yet, I am excited about the upcoming experience and am prepared to place a deposit for a Cybertruck.

Subject: Unique Request to Purchase a Tesla Model 3 Dear Tesla and Mr. Musk, I am reaching out with an unusual request. I have always dreamed of owning a Tesla Model 3, as seeing one brings me so much joy. While I may seem unconventional in my approach, I am a lively, highly educated, healthy, independent woman with a passion for exploring new opportunities. I am open to discuss potential employment opportunities with your company or to explore alternative ways of obtaining the Tesla, such as utilizing my social security income to make monthly payments. I understand that this may be an unconventional request, but I would be grateful if you could consider a different approach to selling me a Tesla Model 3. I acknowledge that you likely receive numerous proposals, and I appreciate your time in considering my unique offer. If there is an opportunity for mutual benefit, I am eager to engage in further discussions. Thank you for your attention. Warm regards, Judy

I am extremely frustrated with the situation I am currently facing. I was involved in a car accident back in August, and my car has been at the service center since then. The technicians have been struggling to program the car since October, and now they are talking about a service call in January. I haven't been provided with a loaner despite the months of repair, and I can't afford a car rental for this long. This is the second time my car has taken so long to be repaired; last summer, it was broken into, and it took two months because of an issue with shipping a windshield. I need urgent help with this matter.

Hello, my name is Samir A. I received my new Tesla Model 3 on December 13th. However, I have encountered several issues that have left me feeling scammed. I have sought legal assistance, and if these issues are not resolved by the end of the month, a lawsuit will be filed. The problems I have encountered include the advertised battery capacity of [redacted] miles actually being [redacted] miles, strange sounds from the car's body, slow charging rate, missing tinted windows, undisclosed fees, lack of orientation, and unexpected loss of charge. I paid $[redacted].46 for a car priced at $35k and am requesting a refund of $[redacted].46. I have tried to contact Tesla customer service without success. If these issues are not addressed promptly, I will escalate this matter to the news media.

I test drove a Tesla in Roseville with an original price of $49,[redacted]. After confirming the self-driving feature would be added for $7,[redacted], the total price was $56,[redacted]. I was instructed to pick up my car in Rocklin. Despite a two-hour drive, the price had increased to $60,[redacted] upon arrival. After a long wait, I was informed they couldn't find the car and asked to wait longer. When I called back, they couldn't locate the car. I am upset as I wasn't informed about the financing process or required documents. I am still without my car and uncertain when I will receive it. The lack of communication and organization is disappointing. Thank you for your assistance.

I bought an extended warranty for my Model S in [redacted] for $[redacted]. The local maintenance team in Tucson, AZ says it doesn't extend my manufacturer's warranty and charged me for 12-volt battery service. I believe the extended warranty should cover the battery replacement cost. Invoice number 3000S[redacted] EN US.PDF. For more details, contact Mike Hill, a service rep at the Tucson/Phoenix branch, or reach me at [redacted], Stephen Lyders. I am not willing to accept another Tesla representative saying the $[redacted] extended agreement does not extend the manufacturer's warranty. If that's the final decision, please inform me through a decision maker so I can consider my options.

I noticed that on the Tesla incentives website and in my vehicle configuration, the [redacted] federal tax credit is factored into the net savings and overall purchase price. However, upon further review, I realize that if there is no federal income tax liability for [redacted], no benefit will be received as this is not a refundable credit. This information was not explicitly stated and heavily influenced my purchase decision in June [redacted], which was based on a $3,[redacted] credit. Can you please confirm that this is indeed a non-refundable credit, as this was not clearly communicated before?

To Whom It May Concern, I had an appointment last month, but the technician never arrived prepared to address all the issues I noted. The following day, he arrived with limited knowledge and equipment. Another appointment was scheduled but canceled last minute due to a sickness. I understand your resources may be limited. A new appointment for January 2nd has been set. I have listed concerns about the locking seat belt, the unreliable Sirius XM connection, and the damaged rear seat. I've been trying to reach Tesla's service but have only been able to leave messages with sales. I hope for a more effective two-way communication method for better service in the future. Dan A.

I bought a Tesla Model 3 on December 13, [redacted], to qualify for the expiring federal tax credit of $[redacted]. Originally scheduled for delivery on December 29 at noon, I received a voicemail on December 28 at 3 pm, postponing it to an unspecified date in January. Unfortunately, contacting Tesla for assistance has been challenging as their customer service line at [redacted] seems to be closed. I have already sold the car I planned to replace with the Model 3 and now find myself without a vehicle. Any advice on what I should do next would be appreciated.

During my final month at Tesla after three years, I experienced harassment from supervisor Robert Widekan. He has been fired for a few months now due to his abusive behavior towards everyone. I left because he forced me to cut my breaks short and had others watch my every move, creating a hostile work environment. Many employees, including myself, have suffered due to his actions. I'm struggling to return to Tesla, a place I love, because of him. I've re-applied under the name Francisco Xavier Ortega Sarmiento. I seek the opportunity to continue my hard work ethic on the 3rd floor. Please consider my request to return. Thank you for your attention and assistance.

I am currently driving my second Model S. Up until recently, I've been extremely pleased with the car and service. However, I'm finding it challenging to get in touch with anyone over the phone. When I purchased my second Model S, I was assured I would retain all the same perks I've enjoyed for the past five years, such as charging, premium connectivity, etc. Yet, on 1/4/20, the premium connectivity was unexpectedly removed from my vehicle. Despite my attempts to contact Tesla by phone (with no luck), I've been informed that I now need to pay for something that was initially included with my purchase. No one has been able to provide me with a solution on how to resolve this issue. The individuals I interacted with in the past are no longer at my location. In addition, I've been informed that I won't be provided with a loaner during my car's service - instead, they'll offer me an Uber voucher. As a busy physician with a considerable patient load across multiple locations (I've logged 50,[redacted] miles in 16 months on my car), an Uber isn't a suitable alternative for me. I'm feeling increasingly disenchanted with Tesla. I have reservations for a Model 3 and I'm intrigued by the Cybertruck. Despite my loyalty to the brand (I drove Audi's for over 20 years before switching to Tesla), the lack of satisfactory service is causing me to contemplate severing ties with Tesla.

I recently traded my Model 3 for another Model 3 with all-wheel drive. My old Tesla had no issues, but the new one is causing troubles. On a trip to ski, the washer fluid froze, hindering my visibility at 11,[redacted] ft. Altitude near Loveland Pass. The mobile service rescued me after I waited in the cold for 5 hours. The wrong washer fluid was used, and now the fluid isn't cleaning the windshield effectively. Despite seeking help from the dealership, suggested solutions haven't worked. The dealership needs to order new wiper arm parts, but there's a six-week wait. Moreover, I'm worried as a single woman with a 50-mile distance to the Denver dealership that I won't be provided with a loaner car. This experience has left me very disappointed as a new Tesla owner, hoping for a more urgent resolution.

Dear Sir or Madam, Throughout my career, I have developed numerous ideas and inventions that have turned into successful products generating profits. For instance, I created the DT2 for Trend-Signal in Milton Keynes, UK, a product now sold for around £4,[redacted] +VAT. Additionally, I proposed an acid-based weed killer while at T E Laboratories and presented a prepaid credit card concept to AIB bank in Dublin in [redacted]. These are just a few examples of my innovative ideas. Presently, I am eager to discuss my latest concept involving an edit of a petrol engine with a knowledgeable and open-minded individual. I have reached out to Jaguar Land Rover and hope to secure a meeting, possibly through my local dealer principal to avoid bureaucratic hurdles. I am willing to sign a nondisclosure agreement to protect my idea. I am open to suggestions on how to proceed or any referrals to interested parties. Thank you and regards, James L. Upon reaching my destination, I retrieved my cell phone and noticed that the Tesla app was open with a transaction. It stated that I had purchased the Self-Driving Feature for $[redacted] plus $[redacted].50 tax, totaling $[redacted].50, charged to my Citibank Mastercard without my consent. I did not want this feature and did not intend to buy it. After unsuccessful calls to Tesla and the dealership, I contacted Citibank to dispute the charge. I visited the dealership for assistance, and Tyler mentioned the unusual nature of the situation, suggesting I dispute the credit card charge. Despite waiting for a response from Tesla, I have not received a resolution. An article on electrek.co highlighted similar incidents among Tesla owners, referencing Elon Musk's acknowledgment and promise to address such issues. I seek a refund promptly as per Elon Musk's assurance. - Guy V. Barnes

After our car was serviced at the Costa Mesa, CA location yesterday, the work was completed successfully. However, upon returning home, my wife realized that $[redacted], which she withdrew from the bank and placed in an envelope below the computer screen, was missing. We believe the money was left in the car during the service. While we acknowledge it was a mistake to leave money in the car, we are disappointed as it was in a bank envelope and we did not expect it to be disturbed. This has left us feeling upset, especially considering we are loyal Tesla customers with multiple vehicles in our household. I have attempted to reach out to Tesla about this matter but have faced difficulties in doing so.

Hello, I bought a Tesla Model X 90D back in [redacted] with 18,[redacted] km on it. During the summer of [redacted], I started testing its driving range in various weather conditions but have never achieved the advertised range. I reached out to Tesla support and went through multiple tests on their end, confirming that everything is in good condition. I've continued testing only in temperatures between 10°C to 20°C and have shared all the information with them. Currently, my average consumption is between [redacted] Wh/km to [redacted] Wh/km, and I'm only able to get around [redacted] km on a full charge, far from what was advertised. I've been pursuing a resolution to this issue for the past three years, with no success. In summer, my usage ranges from [redacted] to [redacted] Wh/km. I'm still looking for assistance with this matter. My query number is [redacted].
