I have received confirmation that this product has shipped but it hasn’t left destination yet.* What’s up with Tesla lately? Complete lack of customer service...I got absolutely NO help about my $*** wall charger after paying an electrician ($**)to come out and test it to see if there is power to it(there is* with no warning lights on). After four calls (not one return call back, EVER)in three days I was able to get a ******** excuse that they were reading codes, In which I was referred to your artificial intelligence virtual service center. Then, you guys tell me your next mobile tech can come out to check my wall charger( awesome thanks). After hours later with that Tesla text message virtual service center AI, I now have been texted to bring my car in to see if it’s the car. We have established the fact that it does charge on a regular plug-in trickle charge*super charger and it is not the car. So, I fail to see How checking my car and NOT the charger determines I need to definitely buy another charger(ANOTHER $*** *taxes and shipping). *So after being told to go here do this, and those things were canceled I decided to just buy one because you guys weren’t giving me any information and just a big runaround.**With all of that being said, you guys think you would get a charger out as soon as possible considering it takes five PAINFUL days to charge to a full battery on a trickle charge I’m sick of the runaround, send me my charger now. I don’t think I’ll be referring anybody to Tesla anymore you guys have definitely fallen off the scale of the best customer service ever. I get better customer service at a Toyota dealership
