I returned a wall charger with an *' cable and ordered a wall charger with a **' cable. The return was delivered back to the Lathrop return center on Tuesday, September **, **** by tracking from FedEx. I have heard nothing and received no refund on this return item from more than a month ago and they have not contacted me. Emails have produced nothing. The RMA is: RMA: RMA-*******, The FedEx Tracking No. is: **** **** ****
I want a refund for the returned wall charger.
I have emailed them on several occasions with NO REPLY to my email. I have tried to chat but a tech never comes to the chat. I cannot find a telephone number for resolving the issue.
