Help with my Tesco issue

I have bought new phone from Te******t want to use my own number.Yesterday I was on chat and the lady said i could use same card She also sorted my triple top up out and put £** on my card .The new sym card no is ************** will the top up I have for £** and the £** free. Still*be transferred to my own number can you please do this for me .
I trust that Tesco will make this right and come up with a resolution that is fair.
