I have a tesco plan mobile phone which I purchased * weeks ago. It is an Iohone and the number is ***********. I told the sales person I was travelling to USA, I am there now, I have used Iphone in the past on ** network and never had a problem. This phone has run out of money, I have tried top up by phone, it won’t accept my Tesco credit card, which is registered with you, or any if my debit cards. I have tried to top up on line and it will not accept my user name, password, so I have tried to reset both only to fine the system will not accept my phone number, post code or date of birth. This is ridiculous, I am in the States for * weeks, without access to a phone line. I want this matter settled immediately or I will cancel my contract and give Tesco a bad review and go back to **
