I purchased a wireless land phone, and after * weeks I returned it to your agent at beacon Hill Calgary because I was not satisfied with the functionality. He told me an agent will come to our home today between *-** a.m. to reconnect our land line. No one has shown up and it is after **. Could you please tell me when we can expect the agent to come?**My land line is ***-*******. My e-mail address is *****@***.com and I can also be reached on my cell phone ***-*******.
