TO: Telus RETENTION DEPARTMENT **My television is being moved, and the Telus equipment (modum & optic box) doesn’t reach.**I need a technician to COME INTO MY HOME, and MOVE MY TELUS TELEVISION & INTERNET EQUIPMENT .*This will require either a lot more cable wires, or a wireless thing, or both.**The technician you sent to my home on May ** at *pm, arrived unprepared for an issue that was explained to customer service at the time of booking. He said he was unable to move my Telus equipment, and did not have the required supplies with him.
