I was in Mexico all winter. I had put my phone plan on hold. I have been a customer for years. All of a sudden I am notified that my account has gone to collections, no warning. When I called from Mexico I was informed I am no longer a customer so have to deal with collection agency. This is outrageous. I need my phone number back. Zero warning and you guys send me to a collection agency after I place my phone on hold for the winter. I have always aid my bills. I am now back (with no Canadian phone) and want this dealt with. Who do I talk to?
