I’m having trouble keeping both my internet and TV going. I’m resetting my internet *-* times a week. Tv seems to reset every night cause each morning the closed captioning is on and I have to set up my favorites list again. Super slow speeds WHEN it works. *-* mbs download speed average. *. The only reason I have cable is for football season and the dvr will record an entire game but will hang up mid game or skip **min out of nowhere. *When is this forced “fiber upgrade” going to pay off? I’m paying for the amazing fiber but I know for a fact it’s the same old coax line that has been here for **years. **I’ve sat on hold over an hour * days in a row*Amazing business model - I can’t even get ahold of you to cancel my service!
