My wife died so I cancelled our account and asked for an a new one in my name. A new account was raised as requested but no matter how many times I asked, the account was never activated. Telstra continued to invoice in my wife's name (Deceased).*End result, I cancelled my account and opened an account with Optus about six months ago.*Now Telstra is sending me bills for the account they never activated and not used since I moved to Optus.**Please ensure Telstra deletes all reference to account **** *********. It is inactive and must remain so as I am no longer a Telstra customer.

It did not matter what I put on paper, who I spoke to, the promises to get back to me never eventuated. The issue was never addressed by Telstra operatives. Too busy !*I am no longer a Telstra customer and do not want to be. Stop trying to reinstate my connection !!!
