Hi there, I received a SMS from Telstra on December **th **** saying that my service has an issue as has switched to the *G backup. I spoke to someone from tech support on Thursday **th who said they would call me back at *pm, but they never did. I got another msg on Friday saying that the service is still switched to *G and its time to switch back to the fixed network. How do I this? It is still on *G based on the magenta led on the smart modem. I've tried the online support with Telstra but end up spending hours messaging different consultants repeating the myself over and over without anyone being able to assist. They also refuse to provide a reference or incident number. Can someone please help?
