Help with my Telstra issue

Account holder name, Account number, Billing address, Account phone number, and Last 4 digits of Social Security number
The issue in GetHuman-rthurrow's own words
I have been waiting since *nd September to receive a response to the above mentioned complaint. This has not happened and we have charges on our current Telstra bill for * of the mobile numbers!! Cannot get through to Telstra. ... Reference number P*************** which was lodged early September.*we have an ongoing unresolved issue with Telstra in relation to unauthorised debits in relation to * prepaid mobile phones. We have discussed this at length with Telstra and have not received any follow up from Telstra even though we were advised that thIs would happen. We have now received an invoice on our account which includes a charge of $**.** for * mobile services which we have never requested. Currently our mobile services are with Optus. Regardless of you sending us a message requesting a feedback on how this has been handled I would not consider any positives so far. We are very concerned about how this has occurred and how insecure our details are at this time. My next step is to contact the ombudsman and ask for them to follow up with your company. We also, at this point, are considering changing our service to another provider.
We have never ordered prepaid mobile phones from Telstra, and we have * postpaid mobile phones with Optus. We are very concerned that our security has been undermined and very nervous about this.
By discussing this issue and providing the follow up that was promised.
