I Had A Current Issue With My Wi Fi and had spent considerable time With test procedures taking about ** minutes when I was cut off. I was requested to reset the modem when the line dropped. It was the final step to determine to replacing the current modem. I need to re-contact the person to resolve this matter. I have spent from **.**am today till now to resolve this issue. I am still on call waiting for someone to respond .Thanks, Robin Toussaint ** **** ****
