The cost of our two mobile plans together with the NBN has risen considerable for the last two months, and after emailing previously with no change offered by Telstra and it would appear that I am unable to talk to any person about offering an alternative, it would appear that Telstra is no longer interested in communicating with a long term customer. Other companies can offer Mobile phones charges less than $** a month with unlimited calls together with our NBN which is now $** a month. Can you or a supervisor offer any thing better before I change companies?
