Warm greetings**I have noticed that Telkom have not deducted this month. I hereby make a declaration that I am not failing to pay as per contractual agreement. However, I am still waiting for Telkom to fix their errors in terms of the amount deducted.**I have directed too many telephonic correspondences to Telkom* Sandile Phuthi in trying to resolve this issue without any compliance on Telkom's side, resulting in me having to pay extra money and for the services I do not know. There's only one cell phone I know and have from Telkom, but I am illegally compelled to pay for two more cell phones that I never received.**I have attached invoices as proof of the latter. I urge that the error be fixed so that I can be able to pay in accordance with the contract.**I hope that above is in order. Thank you
