The issue in GetHuman-lindodds's own words
I have been capped since Monday even though I have an uncapped service. I have been calling Telkom since early yesterday morning to resolve the problem as apparently, they still have me registered as an ADSL user with a ***GB cap even though my fibre was installed years ago. They need to update my account and apparently only the IT department can do this but they have done nothing yet. My registered faults are *******, ******* and *******

GetHuman-lindodds did not yet indicate what Telkom should do to make this right.
