I use the ADSL line and product from Telkom and it has been affected by the weather. I’ve called in and logged a fault with Telkom over a week ago and nothing has been done. *I just need a new line change like they did the last time and that’s it but it’s taking so long & IVE STATED SO MANY TIMES THAT I WORK HOME AND NEED MY INTERNET.**The funny thing is I pay them every time with no calls from their accounts for money but their assistance is the disgusting!*It’s been over a week. How do I explain over a weeks absence at work? Telkom is literally the pits of networks and their customer care line is just about the same - no answers or they are rude.
