To call so my issue maybe resolved. ... Hi. My fianc* ordered a Mecer laptop, Huawei Router with **GB(*gb night**gd day) on the internet for R***pm promotion. Instead we received a ADSL Router and SIM card. I have been trying to call different numbers but no help. Please arrange a collection for this incorrect order and deliver what was ordered. Failing to do so I will withdraw my contract and stop my bank to process any payment till this issue is sorted. You may contact me on **********. Jinny.
I really need this solved before kids return back to school hence they need this for school tasks.
Telkom must urgently deliver what was initially ordered and collect the incorrect order. if not then am not gonna pay a cent.
As a new customer I expect a better service but that I was all wrong.
I tried calling difference numbers and logging for call backs but nothing happened.
How GetHuman-jinnympe fixed the problem
