Hi my landlines service ********** together with the AFSL service was disconnected by Telekom on the **th June **** without my request and concern I was not even contacted.**Back and forth reporting getting case numbers for over two months with nothing getting resolved. *Upon going to the Clearwater Telkom store I was informed that landlines had been discontinued by Telkom and were supposed to be replacing with smart landlines and Fibre. **I applied in store at Clearwater And Northgate Telkom. Nothingate Mall Telkom. **Nothing materialised. I spoke to the Accounts team after months of no service they said they were going to return all funds to the account as my account had a credit I always paid on time and more money than was charged. **They reversed not the full amounts but had said the account was fixed. **My problem is I do not have any ADSL service nor a landline, but am getting letter of demand for an account that they keep charging yet Telkom themselves without ever consulting or informing discontinued the service. * **I would like them to fix this and stop sending me demand letters my account is ********* now has a charge of R***. ****Finally I would like to know more about the smart landline without any data and if the worldcall cards are still in use as I now have Fibre from another ISP?**Thank you
