Good Morning, *I reported a Faulty Telkom Line on **th February ****, Reference No: ********. I than called on *th & *th March, to enquire about progress. An Technical Agent called me on *th March, to inform me that HE would be coming on Saturday, **th March, to fix the Telkom Line. He NEVER Showed up! Yesterday, I called Fault Reporting Unit twice. On both occasions, I was "holding on" for ** Minutes, with No Assistance offered. I have been Paying a Telkom Line now for * Months (that Telkom billed me for!!) with no freaking service!! *Do i have to approach the Local Newspaper to inform them about this poor service? *The Alarm Company, dont get through to me in emergencies, because there is NO LINE!. *Can you attend to this problem today still, (** March ****), whilst i have someone at home!*I am really and honestly "peeved off" and frustrated, because i have NO INTERNET connection!*Regards, Mrs. A Marais*Service Number of Faulty Line - **** - *** ****.
