I have applied for a ADSL(March ****) that was never installed but got billed. Telkom listed me as a slow payer on ITC. I have tried the ***** nr for assistance and about ** times no help. went to the Telkom Riverside Park Nelspruit office don't get the problem sorted out. I want to cancel the data because I don't have a line and get rufunded and Telkom need to clear my name.
GetHuman-veravj did not yet indicate what Telkom should do to make this right.
