Line number is **********. I have a fibre contract for *Mbps uncapped home. For over a year I have been overcharged. I got a refund for the overcharge in February ****. Since this time I continue to be overcharged about **% per month, currently about R**** accumulated since February and increasing every month. **I want the correct amount to be billed at the contracted price of R***.** and a refund of the overbilled amounts since February ****.**I have tried logging two calls at the branch in Hillcrest but no response. I have tried to call customer support but can't wait ** minutes to get the call answered. **Please help.*Regards*Clive Kessler*(**********)
