Good Day -- i have been trying to contact ***** for the past * days and cannot get through to them - i have logged * call me backs with no response-- I am trying to follow up on my order ref no *********A- I received and sms saying i must pay R***.** deposit - i was not informed of this at the time I applied for the home unlimited-- I have no objection to paying the R***.** -- but would like to know if the sms is ligit and also what happens to the deposit-- is it refunded when the contract expires or what -- I find it very frustrating trying to continuously phone and having no luck in speaking to a consultant
