A week ago, I accidentally had a business card in my coat pocket. During a phone call at work, another employee knocked my coat off my chair, causing the card to fall out. Despite being actively engaged in my job, I was reprimanded for this incident which marked the beginning of the end of my job. On November 29th, I was summoned by Nicole Elgin for a meeting where she reviewed 50 of my calls from the past week. During this meeting, two calls were highlighted where mistakes were made, and I was scolded. Suddenly, Stephanie Sanders interrupted and we were escorted to the general manager's office. There, I was wrongly accused of threatening a colleague, and when I denied the accusation, I was called a liar by the general manager. Feeling cornered, I tendered my 2-week notice. Subsequently, I was escorted out by Nicole Elgin without the opportunity to collect my belongings peacefully, leaving me feeling mistreated and unwell. I have expressed my disappointment to Teleperformance and hope for a resolution without legal action on the condition that I receive two additional weeks' pay and that measures are taken against Nicole Elgin, Stephanie Sanders, and the general manager for their treatment towards me.

I recently experienced a series of unjust accusations at work. I was accused of sleeping on the job and chatting with a colleague during a call. Shortly after, I was reprimanded for sounding unconfident on a call, leading to a suspension due to lack of comments on previous calls, despite adjusting my comment approach based on earlier feedback. The suspension lacked clarity, with no specified end date or pay status, typically lasting 72 hours. Following the suspension announcement, my badge was confiscated, and I was escorted to retrieve my belongings before being escorted out. Despite being promised a call upon the suspension's completion, I have not been contacted by Teleperformance about the situation, leaving me unsettled due to the overall handling of these incidents.

Yesterday, I was let go from my job because I rushed back to work after my break and forgot my phone, which my kids were calling on. I tried to put it away but received a call as I was leaving. My supervisor sent an email explaining the situation, and the response was dismissive. I value my job greatly and have a good record. It was genuinely an oversight, and I have witnesses and camera footage to support this. I really need my job for my family. Is there any chance I could return to work? I am willing to take any required steps to make things right.

I was employed in your organization from July [redacted] to October [redacted]. I encountered issues with the management at Ludhiana PSPCL Call Center, specifically Sachin Sharma and Gurmeet Singh, as well as in Mohali with Kiran Gusain. I was unfairly removed from my workplace in Tarn Taran without proper documentation, which led me to resign and request my experience certificate. Despite having evidence of misconduct and harassment, I have not received it for over five months. The lack of response and demands for unnecessary medical examinations have made the situation even more frustrating. I believe I am being mistreated and unfairly treated despite my long tenure with the organization. I am reaching out here as a final attempt to resolve this matter and obtain my experience certificate promptly. Thank you for your attention to this issue. Sincerely, Komaldeep K. Hello, I am extremely disappointed with the lack of assistance from your management regarding my situation. I was pushed to resign by my manager due to no available vacation leave slots, despite my mother being ill and me requesting time off to care for her. After nearly two years of working with your team, I was informed by the Wyndham account manager in Ayala, Makati that I had to submit my resignation immediately. Additionally, there seems to be a discrepancy regarding my back pay and SSS loan payments, with the company claiming they were settled when in fact, nothing was remitted. The company's reputation of being a "Great Place to Work" and promoting "Walk the Talk" values feels insincere. I urge you to address the issues and shortcomings within the organization, from People Support to Aegis to Teleperformance, as it seems like frequent name changes are used as a cover-up for poor practices in employee retention and care. I am not alone in feeling frustrated and let down by the current situation. There is a sense of anger and regret among many. Please match your actions with your words and uphold the values you promote. Your motto should not just be a slogan on the walls of your building.

I am Dharvi Arora, a former employee of Teleperformance in Mohali with employee code A/[redacted] in the Caption Call process. I faced issues with certification, and my trainer presented me with the option to switch processes or resign. I chose to resign and followed the process as instructed, scheduling my full and final settlement between the 15th and 20th of the following month. Upon visiting on the 15th of August, I was denied my relieving letter. Despite being told I could have someone else submit my documents on my behalf, the payroll department did not respond to my numerous calls. A friend currently working at Teleperformance Mohali also faced challenges accessing my Full and Final settlement and relieving letter. After significant delays, they suddenly labeled me as absconded, without prior notice. I had completed all resignation formalities, returned my employee ID, and clearly expressed my intentions not to continue. The sudden absconding claim without prior communication has caused distress. I seek assistance in resolving this matter promptly. Regards, Dharvi Arora

Hello, I am Prince S., a fresher at Teleperformance in the CS Department in Sitapura, Jaipur. I am encountering an issue with my attendance due to my CCMS ID not working properly. Despite requesting a meeting for an exception, it was not processed correctly. I raised a ticket regarding this issue, but it was closed without any explanation. There seems to be a discrepancy in how attendance issues are handled compared to other internal matters involving senior employees. I have tried to address this with the EC department in Sitapura but have faced challenges. Employees should be able to voice their concerns without fear of repercussions. I hope for a resolution to this matter promptly. Thank you.

Hello, my name is Carolyn James. I worked at Teleperformance until a week ago when I was terminated. The reason for my termination was based on statements from other employees rather than my own account of the incident involving Ms. Twitty. I only mentioned her name, and she responded rudely, causing me to suggest we discuss the matter after work. Upon discussing with a coworker, I informed HR that Ms. Twitty has a history of felonies like credit card fraud while working at American Express. I wanted to help Teleperformance and address the issue I unintentionally started by recommending her for the job. There is more to this story, and I would appreciate a call at [redacted]. Thank you for your assistance.

I recently experienced an unfair termination from your company on 11/21/[redacted] in Brownsville, Texas on Boca Chica Street. The termination was carried out by Human Resources (Melissa Carlos) and an ACCM (Daniel Martinez). I was accused of "Aux Abuse," a groundless reason given my role as a supervisor. This action seems to stem from a personal agenda rather than a valid concern, as many advocates make similar mistakes daily without consequence. I find it unjust that I was singled out and dismissed while the actual agent responsible for the alleged infringement, who wasn't under my supervision, faced no disciplinary action. This ordeal has left me jobless and feeling targeted in a hostile work environment.

My name is Srabani Das, and my employee ID is [redacted]. I have been working at Teleperformance for the past year and a half. Recently, I have noticed that despite my consistent good performance and punctuality - not being late even once in the last 24 days - I am being told that I am not eligible for incentives by my manager, Somnath Mukherjee, and others. I have communicated my concerns to the management team, requesting them to align my shift timings with the roster to avoid discrepancies, but so far, no action has been taken. As employees, we work for both monetary benefits and personal growth, and when there is a lack of recognition for our efforts, it becomes demotivating. I believe that if the management ensures fair evaluation and support for its employees, it will create a more positive work environment for everyone.

I work as a remote agent for KY/SC LOB and recently found out we are expected to assist with FL LOB without any proper training or compensation. I have been handling FL LOB tasks for a month now. It seems like there is a lack of communication from the company to the employees, and it's quite frustrating. Instead of doing my usual tasks, I am basically doing work for another department. I kindly request to be taken off the Florida queue until I receive training or proper compensation. Thank you. - Latisha Holden

On December 16, [redacted], I was scheduled to initiate a new campaign with Wage Works. However, upon my arrival, I was informed that my name was not on the roster, even though I had my own cubicle. I was directed to HR in Killeen, TX, where Yidira Rivira explained that my background check revealed a recent issue, which would be resolved this month. I was then informed I would be suspended for 7 days but compensated for 5 days. After requesting an extension, I was granted an additional week. Unfortunately, I did not receive my payment for the suspension period either via direct deposit or a paper check. I would appreciate any assistance with this matter.

Hello, my name is Destinae Robinson. I am a former employee of Teleperformance. I apologize for any inconvenience this email may cause. On January 30th at 3:30 pm, I contacted the HR Department of Teleperformance at [redacted] Southgate Blvd, North Lauderdale, FL [redacted] to inquire about receiving my check after resigning due to unprofessionalism within the company. I had concerns about the service provided by Comcast and the behavior of the training manager named Daina. Despite my efforts to clarify my employment status and payment timeline, the HR representative seemed uninterested and abruptly ended the call. This lack of professionalism compounded my frustrations, as I have experienced challenges with receiving my paycheck in the past. I am hopeful for a prompt resolution to this matter, as I am considering escalating my concerns to the Better Business Bureau if necessary. Thank you, Ms. Destinae T. Robinson.

I would like to highlight the importance of providing new employees with accurate information and adequate training. Misleading new joiners by issuing identity cards, offer letters, and promising a 45-day training period only to start the live process after just 8 to 10 days of incomplete training is disappointing. Job opportunities are valuable, and it is crucial to ensure that new employees are set up for success with proper training before transitioning to live processes. Please consider providing transparent information and comprehensive training to new hires to avoid similar situations in the future. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

I recently began working today, but I have not received an ID number yet. I have some concerns that I would like to address. After purchasing a card and providing the information to the interviewer, I was not informed about its purpose. I would appreciate speaking with a representative from the company to clarify if this situation is legitimate or not. Please reach out via email to update me on the matter. My name is Miriam, and I eagerly await your swift reply.

I am Jaladhar S. and currently employed at Teleperformance. Our team was transferred to this company from Concentrix due to the ramping down of operations at the previous company. Despite promises of job security, during the Covid-19 crisis, we are now required to work from home without any provided equipment. Those without smartphones are being marked as PL (Planned Leave) and may face further consequences. The HR department has informed us that we must serve a 30-day notice period and are pressuring us to resign, citing changes in company policy. We are being told we can interview for other positions, or else resign involuntarily. We believe this goes against our rights and labor laws. With over [redacted] affected employees, we are united in opposing this unfair treatment by the company. Your assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Dear Team, I am an employee working in the Xiaomi process in your organization. Yesterday, my manager contacted me regarding my salary for the month of May. He mentioned that the company is compensating for our paid leaves with the May month salary. According to government guidelines, withholding our salary is not permissible. I kindly request that you provide the full salary for the month of May. My manager informed me that the organization decided to withhold the salary of non-WFH employees, but I am ready to continue my work from home. I have requested the necessary tools and VPN for working remotely, but I have been told that the tools we use are not accessible from home. Therefore, it is not my fault that I am facing this issue, and there is no valid reason for withholding my May month salary. Please ensure that my full salary for May is provided, and kindly try to arrange for a VPN to enable WFH during these lockdown days. Thank you. Best regards, Arzoo Thakur

I need to report a fraudulent experience with a company. I applied for a Home-Based Data Entry Clerk position and received an email from [redacted] for an interview via Telegram with Recruiter Josh Friend (@Joshfriend01). Everything was fine until he questioned my address to send a check and equipment for the job. In Telegram, he rushed me to provide information, which I found disrespectful. After asking for my credit card details for a bonus, I felt uneasy and declined the job. Josh deleted his account, making it hard to track him. I want to warn others about this scam and I'm worried because he has my address and social security number. Please reply to this email promptly. Thank you! - A.E.

Good afternoon, my name is Alexis Jackson. I was supposed to be paid on July 22nd, but it is now July 29th. I have been in contact with my supervisor at Liberty Mutual's HR department, who provided me with a payroll card. They mentioned my money would be on it within 24 hours after enrollment. However, it has been a full week, and I am unable to come to work due to a lack of internet at home and no funds for gas. I have tried calling and emailing multiple times with no response. I have proof of my attempts to reach out, including voicemails and visits to the building. I urgently need to know where my money is and when I can expect to receive it. Please reply to me at your earliest convenience. Apologies for the lengthy email, but I need this information promptly.
