I ordered a hooded sweat shirt for my son for Christmas. When i recieved it it was damaged. I have contacted tee spring * times via email. I have not gotten any response at all. Either would like a new hooded sweatshirt or a refund.

GetHuman-amorot did not yet indicate what Teespring should do to make this right.
