I am disappointed with the product I received as it does not match the mock-up or the listing. The shirt I got is heathered instead of solid gray, and the tag indicates it is 50/50 cotton/poly instead of [redacted]% cotton. Additionally, the neckline is small, the seams are large, and the print is unclear and dull. I have taken comparison photos for reference. I reached out to [redacted] six days ago, but I have yet to receive a response. If the issue is not resolved promptly, I will need to make alternate holiday gift arrangements and seek a refund. I accidentally made two identical purchases costing $[redacted].93 each. I returned one item from the first order, but only received $37.98 back. My recent order contained 4 long sleeve shirts and a missing all-over print sweater. While my order list states I bought one sweater, I paid for two. The items were due between the 2nd and 5th but are now over a week late. I need a refund for the missing item and the late delivery.

This morning, I discovered a maroon tea/coffee mug with the phrase "It's a Humperdink Thing" and a heart on it. I saw a similar one on your website by the mailbox, but there were no messages displaying. Can you confirm if this mug is still in stock? I am interested in purchasing it as a Christmas gift. I recently received the t-shirt I ordered, and I am disappointed with the poor quality of the material. The logo is only printed on the back, unlike other t-shirts with the same design that have a small logo on the front as well. I paid over £20 for this item, and I am unhappy that if I return it, I have to cover the postage costs. I find this unacceptable and request a full refund. Unfortunately, I am unable to reach anyone over the phone or live chat for assistance. I am not willing to pay for return postage due to the low quality of the product. I am dissatisfied with my experience and do not plan to use your company again or refer it to others. Please address this matter promptly as I am dissatisfied with my purchase.

The hoodie I ordered for my husband is misshapen with oddly winged arms. It's like a belly shirt with very wide arms. This seems defective. Also, the smell of the design is terrible - like burnt hair. I would like a refund or credit as the reviews seem bad. I am sending this back for a fix or refund as per your "make it right policy." If I don't hear back, I may have to file a claim. If necessary, I will warn others on various review sites.

Après avoir récupéré le colis au Mondial Relay, j'ai constaté que l'emballage était endommagé, le t-shirt était sale et abîmé, et l'impression était de mauvaise qualité et trop petite. Malheureusement, malgré mes nombreux e-mails restés sans réponse, je n'ai pas pu trouver de solution. Ce colis était censé être un cadeau de Noël pour mon fils, ce qui me peine beaucoup. Once I got home, I noticed the plastic packaging was torn at the bottom, the t-shirt was damaged and dirty, the print is too light, and it's also too small. I sent several emails through the website but haven't received a response. I'm upset because it was a Christmas gift for my son. I ordered a free t-shirt paying only for shipping, or it might have been a small fee. However, I received a 4XL instead of the extra large size I requested. I am frustrated as I waited a long time for this shirt only to find it's way too big. I prefer a phone call over an email to resolve this issue promptly. Please contact me at [redacted] to discuss sending the correct size. I hope to avoid posting negative feedback online, but I expect a quick resolution.

I received the sweatshirt I ordered with a flag and a name on the back, but the text was illegible. I reached out to the company through their website for returns, but they couldn't locate my order using my name or email. My communication with Linda Flowers, despite her poor English, led to her request for an order number. When I provided the number on the invoice, she indicated it was incorrect. As my father's 84th birthday gift by December 24 was in jeopardy, I became frustrated. Linda eventually offered $5 and instructed me to keep the item. Unsatisfied, I followed up after days of silence to request a refund. Linda maintained they couldn't find my order via my details. When I sought a contact number, she referred me to skyeblue, a company unknown to me. My invoice clearly identifies the seller as Teespring Inc. My primary goal now is to secure a refund. ~T. Collins

Good afternoon, I submitted a request through the support page but have not received a response yet. I ordered an XL Buffalo vs Everybody sweatshirt, but I received a medium with a faded grey instead of white print. I was hoping to have this before Christmas. Could you please expedite the shipment of the correct item in XL with WHITE print? Thank you.

I recently ordered a sweatshirt, but I was charged for two instead of one. I only need one sweatshirt. Can you please correct this issue and adjust the amount billed? The charge has already shown up in my bank account, but the item has not been shipped yet. If possible, I would like a refund for one sweatshirt and receive only one in my order before it is shipped out. Thank you.

I ordered a "welder" t-shirt from Teespring on 4/1. After receiving the confirmation that the campaign was over, my order was sent to the printer promptly. I was notified of the shipping on 4/14 (Order # aa16e134bd4207f) with tracking #UD[redacted]65NL and an expected delivery date of 4/20-4/23. As of today, I haven't received the package. I have contacted customer support three times, each time getting a new case number with the promise of a 24-hour reply, but I have not received any assistance from Teespring yet. When I check the tracking number, the last update was on 4/20, stating "in transit to the country of destination." I checked at the post office, and they have no record of the package and no customs documentation.

I am selling many premium quality sweatshirts and t-shirts on my website, all at the same price. The sweatshirts are priced at 33.97 euros with a profit of 4.1 euros, and the t-shirts are priced at 20.98 euros with a profit of 4.16 euros. However, there is an issue with one t-shirt and one sweatshirt that are priced the same, but the profit margins are only 0.74 euros for the sweatshirt and 0.81 euros for the t-shirt. These two products are experiencing a significant devaluation in profit compared to the others with the same conditions and price. I have checked all the products in my listing, and I believe these are the only ones with this problem. Hello, I recently placed an order for an Elijah Strong black r-shirt in size L for $24.99. The dimensions were 30 inches in length and 21.5 inches in width. I also received a 10% off discount. However, as a new online shopper, I encountered some issues during the ordering process. I mistakenly selected a triblend t-shirt made of cotton, polyester, and rayon and had trouble editing the order. When submitting my order, I was prompted for a password and was unsure whether to input "JALD" or "Spring4Ward." Unfortunately, I experienced problems with my email address, causing confusion and resulting in an incorrect order for two size smalls of the same shirt and an unauthorized charge on my Visa Card. I would appreciate a prompt resolution to this issue and a correction on my order. Thank you.

Good afternoon, on May 2nd, I placed an order with the following numbers: - 8f2ee[redacted]10e6 for which I received an email confirmation with a package tracking number that the courier service does not recognize. It also does not show up as an order in my teespring account. Where is my order??? - 7cc8c30d02746f11 still in preparation phase... really? I ordered a T-shirt from T Spring over a month ago, but I never received any confirmation emails. The small shirt arrived late, which doesn't fit me at all. I contacted customer service about the issue, but their response blamed COVID-19. I'm frustrated and just want a resolution promptly. I expect a human response that acknowledges the mistake and provides a solution this week. If they don't handle this properly, I'll return all the shirts I bought in the past for a refund. They need to step up their customer service game if they want to keep my business.

Hello, I purchased two items from your store, specifically a Vikings XL Black Classic Tank Top and an Ottoman Empire XL Red Premium Tee. While the tank top order appears in my account settings when I log in, the tee order does not show up. Both orders were confirmed via email. When I try to access the tee order link, it prompts me to sign in even though I am already logged in, and only the tank top order is visible. Why is the tee order missing from my account when I log in? Will I still receive both items I ordered? Additionally, the tracking number UD[redacted]64NL for order number 01beb25f2b5fb7a9 is not working. It was functional initially but no longer works. I recently signed up as a seller on Teespring and they've implemented two-factor verification without providing an alternative option. I activated it but forgot to scan the code and now I'm locked out of my account. Despite sending several emails asking for help, I've only received two identical emails with different case numbers instructing me to contact sellers at Teespring and to be patient. It has been over two weeks with no access to my account or any response. Teespring lacks support, and I can't find any information on their site or online to resolve this issue. At this point, I simply want to delete my original designs and close the account entirely. Thank you.

Hello TeeSpring Support Team, I am experiencing issues setting up my Facebook Pixel Integration and was directed to seek assistance from you by the Facebook Support Team. Here is a quick summary of the situation: 1. A Facebook Pixel was set up on Friday, October 9, [redacted], following the tutorials provided. 2. I created a Facebook Shop and Catalog with the intention of syncing it via the FB Pixel TeeSpring partner integration. However, after 48 hours, the Pixel still showed as 'not ready.' 3. After troubleshooting with FB Business support and using the Facebook Pixel Helper Chrome extension, it was evident that the Pixel was not displaying any meta/micro-data for the products, even though the Pixel Events were functioning correctly. 4. FB Business recommended adding some code to teespring.com and advised me to contact you for further assistance.
