I am having an issue with TeeSpring. They promoted a product as a limited edition collectible available for a brief time, with a set quantity to be produced. However, they extended the campaign past the advertised end date, diminishing the item's value. I reached out to TeeSpring citing Breach of Contract and False Advertising under California laws but received an unhelpful response. I have reported them to the FTC and the California DA's Office. If others have faced similar problems, I recommend contacting the DA's Office. TeeSpring's details are available for reference, and I am contemplating a class-action lawsuit. I made multiple orders in September. I received some items, but not the three shirts I ordered on September 19th. I paid $[redacted].56 for those items, which have not arrived. I have not received any updates besides a delay notification. I demand a full refund of $[redacted].56. The tracking number is [redacted][redacted]. My order 3d7accb82c0e5091 seems to be lost in transit. DHL shows it was handed over to the delivery service provider on 10/13, but USPS has no record of receiving it. To address this, I would like the order to be located, resent, or refunded. Please contact me through email with details on your proposed resolution. If I do not receive a response by Friday, I will have to dispute the charge with my credit card company.

Order # 00f7b4aaa5371d04 TOTAL REFUND REQUESTED I received my mug recently. When I picked up the box, I heard pieces moving inside and discovered it was broken. Upon opening it, the mug was indeed shattered. There was no protective packaging like bubble wrap or brown paper, just a cardboard box. I am requesting a full refund as I can no longer gift it. I do not desire a replacement due to disliking the Canadian red maple leaf on the mug. I have previously emphasized my request for a refund and do not want to discuss fixing the issue. I sent photos as requested. The item was correct, but the size was wrong. I ordered an XL, but received a M in the Electrician Hanes Tagless Tee T-Shirt #[redacted]71. Even the shipping bag indicated XL. I made the purchase on December 3rd. New message from teespring_inc regarding the issue. They requested a photo of the incorrect item. I complied with this request. In a separate message, I informed them that I received a M instead of an XL. I recently received a package containing a short sleeve T-shirt, a long sleeve T-shirt, and a sweatshirt, all featuring Christmas dachshunds. While they are cute, unfortunately, they do not fit me well. I am looking to exchange them for a different size. I am also missing the invoice in my shipment and would appreciate assistance with that. I am unsure where to ship the items back for an exchange. I received an email stating the shirt was shipped yesterday, but I already have one. Concerned I might have been charged twice. I attempted to contact the company via phone, but the number was out of service. Frustrating not to have customer service. My order number is #[redacted][redacted]. Would appreciate verifying I am not double charged. I only ordered one Meowy Kitty shirt in medium, which may be too big for my daughter. I made a purchase through Teespring on Jan. 21 for the FWFG Unisex V-Neck - Blue Letters from YWA Pop Up Shop. Unfortunately, the shirt I received on Feb. 8 is too large for me to wear. Despite reaching out to Teespring three times, I have not received any response. I am concerned about the 30-day return policy passing with no resolution from the company. I am frustrated that I cannot use the item I paid for and have had no assistance from customer service. I would like a refund at this point as I have lost faith in the possibility of an exchange due to the lack of response from the company.

Hello, I placed an order for two shirts more than a week ago but have yet to receive a confirmation email at my email [redacted] I followed the website's instructions to track my order by inputting my email for a summary of the past 60 days. Despite it stating that a report was sent to my email, I never received it. I tried this process three times and submitted a contact form on the website as well. I am looking for a phone number to speak with a representative. The payment has been deducted from my account, and I am concerned about the order status due to the missing confirmation email. I have thoroughly checked my spam and junk folders. I am using a different email to contact you since none of the emails from the site are reaching me. I purchased 3 t-shirts from the recent Organ Donation Awareness campaign. One of the shirts I received, J816561, Style No. G240 Black L longsleeve (B[redacted]15), did not have the printing on the back as expected. The names I submitted for printing were "Jennie Lattimer" and "Terrilyn Fairbank." I intended to gift this shirt to my niece, to whom I donated a kidney, making the error more disappointing. I made a purchase from my own teespring listing back in late December. The order is still marked as "printing" even though it was supposed to ship by January 4th according to the confirmation email. I ordered a pullover hoodie to check the quality and delivery time. Unfortunately, the experience has been disappointing, and I doubt I will use teespring for selling merchandise in the future. I reached out to teespring through their website's form a month ago, attaching screenshots of the confirmation email and tracking information, but I haven't received a response yet. I didn't receive a confirmation of the support ticket submission, so I am not sure of the exact date I contacted them. At this stage, I am seeking a refund for the unfulfilled order. Even though I initially mentioned I would be open to receiving the item or a refund, the lack of communication has left me frustrated and inclined towards a refund now.

Hello, my name is Judi. Almost 10 years ago, I tragically lost my only daughter in a motorcycle accident; she was serving in the Navy. I have been in contact with the officer she reported to, who is battling PTSD. I came across a shirt featuring a wolf howling at the moon with the empowering message "PTSD strong because I have to be." Unfortunately, I couldn't purchase it until payday, and now it's no longer available. I am looking for a men's large size. I placed an order on April 21, [redacted], and the last update I see is from April 22, [redacted]. The delivery date was set for May 7, [redacted], however, I am yet to receive my order. I'm feeling frustrated as this has never happened to me with Teespring before. I bought this package as a gift, and I had to inform the recipient that it might be arriving late, which is quite disappointing. I am really looking forward to receiving my order. The tracking number I have is 114fbf75397d6a2b. I am willing to pay for express shipping given the delay, as I believe that would be the best solution to ensure I get my package without any further issues. Despite this inconvenience, I have always been a loyal customer of Teespring, which is why I placed another order. However, if this matter isn't resolved by May 18, [redacted], I will have to reconsider ordering from Teespring in the future. If my order is not on its way or in my possession by then, I will also be expecting a refund.

Hello, I recently signed up on Teespring and encountered some issues with the site. I believe there are some areas that need improvement and would like to highlight them: 1) The lack of technical support or an email contact for questions. 2) The inability to customize designs with different colors for better visibility. 3) Confusion regarding fees to send products to platforms like eBay, Amazon, and Wish. 4) Concerns about payment security when using PayPal and adding credit card information. 5) The absence of integration modules for platforms like WooCommerce or Shopify to help with selling. 6) Limited options for showcasing products like on Etsy. I hope these issues can be addressed soon as I see potential in Teespring but might have to explore other print-on-demand platforms if these concerns persist.

I received the incorrect order where I got four out of the five shirts I ordered. One of the shirts was duplicated, and I also received an extra shirt I did not order. There was a person printed on one of the shirts that I do not recognize. I tried reaching out online, but it directed me to a German translation page. When I attempted to use the chat feature, it abruptly shut down. I have been a previous customer but now feel like they are not attentive. I spent over $[redacted] on this purchase, and it is crucial for someone to address this issue, possibly with the Better Business Bureau's involvement as they are not responding appropriately.

I encountered difficulty placing an order on my phone and unintentionally ordered 5 sweatshirts instead of 1. Upon receiving a fraud alert from Chase, I promptly contacted you within an hour of placing the order to rectify it. However, I have now been notified that all 5 sweatshirts have been shipped, which is not what I intended. I only wanted one hooded Todd Sweeny sweatshirt. I would like a refund for the extra 4 sweatshirts that I did not want. Your assistance in resolving this matter is appreciated.

Hello, I am reaching out for assistance as this is my final attempt to resolve an issue. On September 9, [redacted], I tried to purchase a T-shirt with the phrase "JUST ANOTHER OLD MAN WITH A DRAG RACING PROBLEM" in extra-large size. Despite multiple attempts, the orders seemed to be placed erroneously for a small size instead. One order was sent to the printers before I could cancel it. I recently placed an order for 3 t-shirts, but to my surprise, I received 5 shirts instead. I was also billed for the extra items and hit with two shipping charges. On top of that, there was a significant size discrepancy within the medium shirts I received. I have been trying to resolve this for weeks now with no response. My main concern is getting the correct number of shirts I ordered with the right sizes and only one shipping charge. I purchased a mango hoodie in size youth medium for my granddaughter as a Christmas present. However, upon receiving the item, I realized it was a medium adult size instead. I need assistance with returning the sweatshirt and exchanging it for a youth size medium. I tried checking for the youth size mango hoodie, but it seems to be unavailable.
