My order was listed to arrive in * to * days. I have yet to hear anything back from them regarding my order. It has been listed as processing for a while and yet I have already been charged the amount off my card along with a foreign transaction fee that was never mentioned at all when making the purchase. (Pretty sure this is all illegal).**I've called multiple times everyday for the past * days during their listed hours and I'm directly sent to a message saying they are no longer in office for the rest of the day.**I've sent emails and have yet to receive a response besides the automated reply noting how they are"busy" and will take longer than usual to respond despite their website guaranteeing a * day max wait on an email response.**I've direct messaged them on twitter only for them to ask them for my order number and not even reading the situation I described above.
