Hello, I reached out to you to transfer an unused membership for basic figure * to a Beachbody & Beachbody extreme package that included containers and a ** day Shakology supply. I never heard back about the transfer or the questions I had that went with it. I went ahead and purchased it to join the coaches transformation challenge Facebook group and keep with the schedule of Transformation Group through a link sent to me from my wonderful coach. I got my containers and Shakeology almost an entire week into the challenge due to everything running late, but I understood with all that's is happening. However I cannot drink the shakes as they upset my stomach. Now, I have another charge on top of the $**** ($*** and taxes) for $*** and change from a day ago I am guessing is for more Shakology. I do not want a membership for Shakeology and did not know it was like that. I thought the membership was for access to the workouts, which I do want. The Shakeology needs to be cancelled immediately and refunded. I enjoy the workouts, but literally cannot stomach the Shakeology. Please contact me to correct this.
